Man , it is something running in your vanes , if you stop trainning for just few days , you feel sick and like you are not the same guy , i have being bodybuilding slave for the last t 15 years ;-)

one year ago pic 193 lbs ,compare with my pic from this november at 197lbs after i came down from 227 to 216-217( shoulder injury ) and now 197 lbs this november.waist line bigger , flat pectoral in the top , less mass in pectoral too and less arms size around 17 " inches.and more fat % in abs.

i have 30 lbs less from my original body weight 227lbs in that moment but i feel good .high bloob pleassure in my family is not fun , but i want to go back from 197-198lbs im now to 227-230lbs , of course trying to keep this fat % , i know it is hard but ,HEY trainning after 15 years anything is possible lol. my mates were going to parties when i was going to sleep so i could gain body weight , it sux when you are a teenager, but it was 10-15 years ago ,you cant bring time back so train hard guys but never forget you have a life out the gym , enjoy it too. peace.
