How I Started:
I am actualy a big beginner. I am just getting started in my goal to accomplish my body transformation. I got started by seeing all the guys in the magazines with these great bodies and me with nothing!!
Why I Love It:
Looking better and feeling better.
How I Stay Motivated:
My main motivation is confidence. I have never had the confidence in myself due to feelings about my body. I was never able to take my shirt off at the beach or wear a tank top. I never was "fat" or anything like that just never had that "cut" lean look and it made me feel ashamed of my body. My motivation is the results I want and the confidence it hopefully gives me.
