Background
First and foremost, I love working out because it makes me feel like I am DOING something for my health. It gives me that excuse when I want to eat something unhealthy, and it gives me a reason NOT to eat it when I don't want to. I love the constant progression and the challenge of the next goal.

I have to say, that after being on it for 3 months, I don't want to get off of it. I have gone from 170lbs in Feb 2011, to 190lbs in Jun 2011. Much of those gains were between Mar-May while on his Mass Builder routine.
That being said, I DO want to change it up a bit, lean up a bit, and challenge my self a bit. Which leads me to another one of his plans Training From Hell - The 666 Method!
I can't wait to get th
