L.E.G.S baby!!! 2 1/2 days of being sick I'm ready to get back in it!!! My hubby should be home in the next day or 2 so it's time to lift HEAVY! So can't wait! Have fun playing racquetball!!

Have you ever tried Ava's Perfect Protein Pancakes made with just mixing egg whites and oatmeal together and cooking on a skillet, you should try it, really good.

Lol. Yes bodypump 5 times a week. I keep 30 pounds on my bar at all times! You'd be amazed how hard that is! I'm tempted to switch over to an actual BBing routine but I have NO idea what I'm doing!
