hey it's been solid so far. Having some good workouts. Trained legs yesterday and feeling pretty good the morning after. Hams are ouch-in a good way! How's it goin' 4 u?
2-3 that's like me, since I cut alcohol out when I started training again. Only on occasions I touch it. I'm doing chest and tri and need some cardio, since my legs are so stiff today. Maybe I need to just walk on an incline. Wish me luck. :) then maybe the pool again. lol.
