At that time I weighted approximately the same as I did when I started (66Kg). I was out of shape. The picture is a bit old (2004) but when I started (2008) I looked similar or maybe skinnier. I had never practiced sports regularly.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Good results are hard to achieve. Work to deserve them!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I listen to music and drink some water. Then, I begin the warmup!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
For a given bodypart I start with low weight and high rep range (15-20reps), and then increase weight and lower the rep range to about 10 reps.
