At that time I weighted approximately the same as I did when I started (66Kg). I was out of shape. The picture is a bit old (2004) but when I started (2008) I looked similar or maybe skinnier. I had never practiced sports regularly.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Good results are hard to achieve. Work to deserve them!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I listen to music and drink some water. Then, I begin the warmup!

Currently I'm following a 5 day bodysplit strength program:

Day 1 - Quads
Day 2 - Biceps, Shoulders
Day 3 - Calves, Hamstrings
Day 4 - Triceps, Chest
Day 5 - Back
Day 6 - Cardio
Day 7 - Rest

Abs about 3 times a week, when I have some spare time.
