I got started in 8th grade just doing little stuff, and then my older friend took me to the college and showed me a work out routine for my whole upper body that i still do today. I took a weght training class my freshmen year which was alright. Now im trying new things and stickin with it.
Why I Love It:
I love it so much cuz it gets the ladies.... oh and im in shape and able to improve on my sports...
How I Stay Motivated:
Well i work out with my bro Mike and we always try to motivate each other... We have been work out bros for about two years now... Oh and sometimes there are some fine looking college chicks there which always helps ; )
BB Accomplishments:
I would have to say my tri and really nice and my leg, my calfs and quads because i am a runner... maybe my abbs you tell me...

yes i do some squats... my quads are still quite small.. but they've improved from when i started.. i had a week off from the gym.. too many stuff to do in the hospital. i'll be back hittin the weights today.. i feel that i shrunk aha
