I got started in 8th grade just doing little stuff, and then my older friend took me to the college and showed me a work out routine for my whole upper body that i still do today. I took a weght training class my freshmen year which was alright. Now im trying new things and stickin with it.
Why I Love It:
I love it so much cuz it gets the ladies.... oh and im in shape and able to improve on my sports...
How I Stay Motivated:
Well i work out with my bro Mike and we always try to motivate each other... We have been work out bros for about two years now... Oh and sometimes there are some fine looking college chicks there which always helps ; )
BB Accomplishments:
I would have to say my tri and really nice and my leg, my calfs and quads because i am a runner... maybe my abbs you tell me...
He always know how to pump ya up and make ya feel good. Works hard, but not just for himself, but for others as well. Great guy who knows so allot about it all..

yes i do some squats... my quads are still quite small.. but they've improved from when i started.. i had a week off from the gym.. too many stuff to do in the hospital. i'll be back hittin the weights today.. i feel that i shrunk aha

well, due to typhoon aftermaths, my training is severely affected, our official gym was been devastated by the catastrophe,,and so for now, i do home workouts..that's it..and u? hows yours?
well this week i've been to the gym for only 2 times.. did some work and went to my post graduate classes... after this post i'll be hittin on chest and biceps.. got a lotta work to do..
its a good thing theyre alright though.
Everythings okay so far here in cebu... theres rain but no flooding. A lot of other people are taking it hard though... especially in Luzon... is that where your family's at?
Next week is gonna be the third week ive been having exams everyday [including saturdays], so I really havent been to the gym lately... it really sucks coz im down at 122lbs. I need a break. Haha
