Lots of questions about my training. Well I train at home using almost all free weights. I train like Yates did few sets but all out intensity. It has helped me to put on close to 50 pounds of muscle in 3 years.

My new goal will start on Jan 1st 2010. I will be taking a whole year to put on size and bring up my weak points. Ill be taking a photo every week of my progress but I wil say my end goal is 240lbs under 10% bf.

Ok Ill be adding more pics everyday, the on in my profile is of me at 192lbs. Now I have no tan on and I used no diuretic to drop water as I did in the last shots. Those were for muscletech and these were just for fun I didnt see any reason to go all out.

well cutting water is really only done in a competition. If thats what your doing hit me up I do detailed programs to dial it in for a contest. I do charge but only 25.00 just to keep people honest because i get somewhere around 140-170 quetions a day.

I was 182 in some 178 in others i took a diuretic and i continued to lose water threw the shoot

When Im in contest prep like now its about 200 -250 grams a day. In the off season only about 100, carbs are more important for growing.

Ok if you check out my progress pics I put a front and back of me at 196 six weeks out. Now my body weight shouldnt go down anymore but I will lose more bf. During the last six weeks I tend to stay the same weight but get leaner and harder by the day.

Should have a front and back shot up tonight in my progress section. The shots were taken last week I have tightened up some more sence. I have about 6 weeks left before the filming of my video.

Ill have some shots coming soon. Im 202 right now about 20 lbs bigger than the shots your looking at now. Im about 9% bf, my goal is to be about 195 and even more cut.
