As my high school senior project I shadowed a trainer at my local gym. He showed all of the great benefits of working out & how fun it is. From that moment on I have been hooked!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get during and after my workouts. Also, to be able to see my progress is a great motivator!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a die-hard racquetball player. Part of my motivation for working out is to become the best player I can be. Its a phenomenal workout & fierce competition. Any takers?
BB Accomplishments:
My bodyfat is down to 6.5%. I have no plans to compete except with myself.

I want my racquetball game to be more consistent and powerful!
Goal (Long):
I am now lifting weights explosively 2x per week (1 upper, 1 lower) and doing plyometrics 2x per week (1 upper, 1 lower). My stamina is in a good position so I don't need to work on that. I send 2 hours/day 6 days a week drilling on my shots, selection and court positioning.
