Overall Goal: Started in Jan 09 at 190lbs - I am down to 173 now in Mar 09 and am trying to drop bodyfat to 10%, and add muscle mass to get back to 190lbs. I am 6ft tall.

Finally recovered from Motorcycle Accident and broken hip and ribs. Time to try and get back my FIT Status

Finally leg pressed 345lbs. Not bad for old guy with a broke hip and shattered knees from 24 years in the Military.

Goal (Long):
Drop 20 pounds of body fat, and gain 20 pounds back in muscle mass. Redifince my legs and arms, after bad motorcycle accident. My legs are thin and arms thin but a gut, from unable to move right after the accident. I am fit enough to get back to exercise and have dropped to 173 finally after two months of cardio, and beginning weight lifting phase. Re arranging my eating habits.
