My dad has been passionate about his diet and hitting the gym - transforming his body & health with great success. Last summer when he out skiied me because I was so exhausted, I felt it was time to shape up. He has been working with me everyday on my diet & workout for four months.
Why I Love It:
I feel better in my clothes, gives me more energy, something to look forward to everyday - and YES - I do look forward to it everyday. If you didn't have to work hard to achieve it, then it wouldn't be any fun.
It has become something that I feel confident promoting to other people. The best feeling is influencing those around you to take positive and healthy actions that will last a lifetime.
There is nothing better than being motivated by motivating others and seeing the ones who motivate you acknowledge your achievments.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I am in control of self improvement - that's enough for me.
It has become a part of my daily routine and I feel like something is missing if I don't go.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm going on 14 straight weeks now, feeling better, and starting to tone!
