Lose fat/Gain muscle during the 12 week 911 Fitness Challenge
Goal (Long):
After completing the 911 Fitness Challenge, I hope to continue the eating/workout changes I have made. I hope to weight around 120 pounds, however, I care more about how I lose and feel than what the scale says. I was to increase strength and tone my muscles (notably abs and arms) and have a nice body.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb
