When I Started: Nov 2011
HOW I STARTED:

My dad played a big role in my life . he was always big in the upper body and i knew i wanted to look like him some day so a fue mounths after my burthday i hade some saved up mony so i bought a bench from a gerodge sail and thats ware it all begain

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love to see the changes in the merior and pushing myself harder evere workout .
