How I Started:
I started lifting at 13 during the summer of 8th grade for sports in 2003. I started bodybuilding in summer of 2008 and havn't looked back. It has everything to do with my day from every meal to scheduling around training/eating.

BB Accomplishments:
Competed in a show...in which I learned a lot. Have made awesome progress with every muscle in the last year. Bench 225x12 at 175-180lbs. Deadlift 315x12. These calculate the one rep max down below.

In Kansas fishing. This was in summer 2007 I beleive during my h.s. football days. I was about 155-160lbs after I had lost some fat and decided to get curious about all muscles instead of bench, squat, clean.
Have been full on bodybuilding for 1 year total now...Plus i contest-dieted the first 3 months. 180lbs. July 9,2009. rear lat spread
