I'm getting there, but I need my legs to catch up!!!
Goal (Long):
For the most part, I have been in shape most of my life, but I never am satisfied by the way my body looks. I've always admired the way pro body builders looked and I have always wanted to be as proportioned as they are, just not as big. If I could keep my weight between a lean 185-200 pounds, I believe that I would look perfect. If I stay dedicated and focused, I know that I can achieve my goal by this time next year. And who knows, I may want to get bigger and compete!

My workout routine is very simple. I do split body part workouts on the weekdays and I rest on the weekends. I have created my routines on the new workout tracker. The routines are scheduled from Monday through Friday and I end with abs or calves every other day.
