HEY STU! I HONESTLY HAD ONE OF THE MOST STRESSFUL WEEKS WITH MY MOM. SHE FOUGHT ME ON EVERYTHING POSSABLE TO FIGHT ABOUT. IT WAS SO DRAINING THAT I SLEPT AND CRIED MOST OF THE WEEK AWAY. HOW IS EVERYTHING WITH YOU. I TRUST ALL IS WELL WTH THE FAMILY AND THAT YOU ARE NOW WITH THEM NOW> HOW ARE YOUR WORKOUTS? I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO WORKOUT FOR A LONG TIME BECAUSE OF NOT FEELING WELL. I USED TO DO UPPER BODY, THEN LOWER BODY, ALWAYS WITH CARDIO. BUT THAT WAS NOT WORKING OUT FOR ME WELL. MY BODY IS SO RESISTANT TO CHANGE.

IT WAS A NICE TRIP THAT WAS MUCH NEEDED. I WALKED EVERYWHERE, AND DEFINITELY GOT A GOOD CARDIO WORKOUT. I JUST RAN FOR 30 MINUTES, BUT DID NO WEIGHT ROUTINE. I THINK I NEED TO LEAVE WEIGHTS ALONE FOR NOW TO GET SOME WEIGHT OFF.
