WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, I WAS CLINICALLY DIAGNOSED WITH ANXIETY; PLUS I WAS BORDERLINE "SLIGHTLY OBESE", AS THE DOCTOR SAID. THIS WAS ALL I NEEDED TO START CHANGING.

I WILL EAT RIGHT AND LIGHT. I WILL AIM FOR PROTEIN SHAKES, OATMEAL, SOUP, SALAD, LEAN MEATS, VEGETABLES. I WANT TO IMPROVE MY OVERALL DIET AND CONSUMPTION/INTAKE. I WILL ALSO WORKOUT EVERY SINGLE DAY TO GET TO MY GOALS.THIS INCLUDES DOING WEIGHT TRAINING, CARDIO (ELLYPTICAL, STAIRCLIMBER, TREADMILL, STAIRMILL, ROW MACHINE, KICKBOXING, STEP CLASS, JUMPROPE, WALKING, ETC....).

use low weights hight repts and no cardio then start going up with your wights and then after 2 months add cardio in with it
