doing ok here. Training really hard. I managed to get hired at the gym. Someone else they hired on didn't work out and they are giving me a shot. I'm glad to have the chance at steady work. I'm up to 243lbs and feel prett good. Just pushing it as hard as i can to get to 260 or higher this offseason. Hopefully, I'll reach my goal. I know what hell dieting is, so stay strong. I'm sure you are going to win the show. Jay

I got 4th in my weight class. They put in the superheavies with the heavies- my class, so i was happy with that.
