I started my junior year in high school. I lifted on and off, not really that serious. But when I started college and could lift for free, I became a lot more serious. Plus my Mom used to lift and compete.
Why I Love It:
Because it just feels good. I love the pump I get from lifting really heavy weight. Plus I can do it most anytime of the day. Also, the people at the gym are some of the nicest people around. It's just a nice atmosphere to be in. It's like one big family. It's impossible to be in a bad mood when you're in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing people who are stronger than me and reading new things. Watching Ronnie Coleman is one of my strongest motivators. I like to watch him before I lift. I also like to surprise and/or impress people. One time when I was doing dead lifts, I had someone tell my I scared them. Another person told me I was crazy. I love hearing those kinds of things.

My Mom used to lift and compete when she was younger. I'd like to follow in her footsteps. I think it would be a great profession to be in: getting paid for lifting. If I don't do that, I would like to get into boxing or MMA fighting, but these goals will have to take a back seat for a while. On top of school and work I don't have the time to maintain a schedule and diet strict enough to compete the way I want to.
I change my workouts about every other week or so, but if you would like to know what an AVERAGE workout for me would be, feel free to ask. I'm not just in the sport for myself. I enjoy seeing other people succeed and reach their goals and I'll do what I can to help.

Lookin really ripped, bro. I see you like NO Explode; I liked it too. Right now I'm using Superpump 250 and I find I only need 1 scoop instead of 2 like I did w/ NO Explode. You may wanna give it a try.
