Since 6th grade, I had started to gain alot of weight. I quit sports and basically did nothing. This is an 8th grade picture, however, I continued to gain weight until peaking at 225lbs in 10th grade. Changes had to be made.

Dieting and running gave me great results and led to me losing 75 pounds. By the start of senior year I was 150lbs. I didnt get motivated to start lifting until the beginning of my freshman year of college. This picture was taken a few weeks into the process

After lifting and eating alot to try to gain weight, I ended up putting on 25 pounds by the end of Feb 09. I could see progress in every part of my body, but I realized summer was approaching and I needed to lose some weight.
