I am going to attempt to start working out (P90X) today. An injury has sidelined me for 3 weeks now... I feel tired and like crap. I hate not working out! IT SUCKS!!! Please wish me luck; I'm so ready to be done with my injury.

Can certainly see the progress on traps, chest/pecs and arms. Upper abs R solid. Stay motivated with the training and diet and very close to those goals. Andre
