How I Started:
I'm currently deployed and I figured the best way to get in shape is while I'm over here. We put together some gym equipment and started working out.
Why I Love It:
I just like self improvement. Plus it never hurts looking good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just believe that the harder I work the more it will pay off. I see others go hard in the gym and the motivates me to improve my workout.

Today's chest workout was everything I wanted, besides the minor break. I felt solid pumps in my exercise and definitely saw progress. Once I sat down with my workout parnter and we got a plan set in place things picked up in the gym and I think we both saw our personal best. Tomorrow is...
