Reason: I love this drink. Basically is it aids your in controlling lactic acid build up. Which helps you to lift heavier and and sustain that pump. Since Ive been drinking IntraVol my body has really blossomed. My straight bar curls are up to 95lbs. includind the bar. And my bench is up to 225 including the bar for 5-6 reps.
