How I Started:
Well this a funny one. One night my wife and I went to bed and when I got in the bed the fitted sheet popped off and wrapped around my. After that it has been working out 4 days a week. If that is not a catylist for a major change then nothing else will be.
Why I Love It:
Forseeing what I will look like is a high. Plus my wife is major motivator because she likes the transformation more than I do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Enjoying the look on my wife's face when my we come home from the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
My left arm has always been a problem since I injured my left shoulder (Pinched nerve) so going heavy was very painful. But now my shoulder is much stronger (55 lbs. db presses) and now my left arm is maybe half and inch smaller than my right arm.
I'll tell you one exercise that I got from Coleman that burns your medial delts like nothing else. Dumbbell sideraises, Pyramid up in weights starting with like 20's for 20, 25's for 15, 30's for 12, 35's for 8...all in one giant set. By the time you finish those last ones, you are fried! Just watch your form and dont hurt yourself.
Crap it was tough but I figured instead of water overload then deplete for the show I just gradually cut back and I see a major difference. Also B6 tablets and asparagus---
Mixed Grip pullups, Dips, Seated Dips, Pull downs with rope ~fight the negative coming up as well and keep the rope WIDE~.
this link is one i do Pronated , but i do it with 2 dumbells at the same time, but i like to do Same ARM Same Pec, then Ill do Same Arm Opposite pec. I hope that made sense im tired and typing lol. Good luck with your training Bro :)

Ahh I see. I always end up addin an extra muscle group at the spur of the moment. Like today was spose to be back and tris. Couldn't resist not hittin the bis!!!
