YOU TOO HAPPY NEW YEAR BIG DOG & YOUR FAMILY ,MY WORKOUT IS BEEN REALLY HARD TO KEEP NOW THESE DAYS WORK , SCHOOL, MY GIRLFRIEND & THE GYM BUT I'M STAYING STRONG FOR THE LONG RUN. HOWS YOUR WORKOUT BIG DOG .

WAKE UP AT 4 AM BE AT THE GYM AT 4:50 OR 5:05 AM START OFF BY PRAYING TO GOD THEN HIT THE WEIGHTS DO IT FOR ABOUT 45 MINS. 4 TO 5 DAYS A WEEK THEN DO A LITTLE CARDIO FOR ABOUT 20 MINS. THEN BACK AT THE WEIGHTS BUT ADDING MORE PLATES TO THE WEIGHTS THEN STOP AT 6:45AM & HEAD OFF TO SCHOOL & WORK THEN GO BACK TO THE GYM AT 9 PM BY DOING IT AGAIN. IT'S BEEN REALLY HARD WORK TO REACH MY GOAL , PLEASE TELL ME HOW IS YOUR TRAINING COMING ON BIG DOG PEACE.
