Started end of Januray this year and did stuff in the house 3 times aa week and then joined a gym 2 months ago n I go 5 times a a week!

A good diet really helps man,the lower your bodyfat the better your abs showw! How long u been workin out? How often do u work out a week?

Thanks for the add mate! Iv started bulking so my abs ar'nt as defined Haha Goin to get them back begginin of next year. For my abs I do Cardio and Crunches. By the way great progress

Like the guy sed below tho you also need a good diet and Cardio! Cardio, Diet and that ab routine and you will have killer abs!

Yeh man! I had no abs at all. I have a befor and after pic and that was thanks to his ab workout. I hav made changes like tuk stuff out n added stuff into the workout but basically the same! Startin to lose my abs again now that iv started bulkin tho which is pretty gutting haha
