Friends were doing it and I wanted to get a better looking body.
So I started working out for a few month with a poor diet and knowledge.
Then I started fresh in Jan 09 with a good knowledge, diet and supplements. Been hooked ever since!
Why I Love It:
I love watchin my body change and I generally feel healthier now.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the mirror and watching myself grow!
quater past one in the morning...shattered >< but ill write something more interesting than that, ... hmm oh thought of something is it easy to get the abs to show? or do you have to go on a diet to do that?
Great ab workout, huh? Have you had progress from it? I try to more than he does sometimes, and of course I like some of those moves more than others, generally I try to follow by it though.
I tend to go four to five days a week - I'm finally to the point that I don't get sore any more from lifting - even when I lift to failure and lift as heavy as I can - so that's pretty cool.. But I think I should be hurting a little lol - who knows!
