Thursday: Arm Wrestling practice. Apx. 1.5 hrs.
Friday: shoulders
Saturday: Tubing/ Tire tube work. Static holds
Sunday. Rest.
* Keep in mind that I work at a Factory where I lift and move heavy steel for most of the day from Monday to Friday. Doing this I incorporate a lot of heavy static holds and heavy lifting.
