Background

When I Started: Oct 2006
HOW I STARTED:

Dad was a bodybuilder and always had weights around. All I had to do was pick them up.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Great for building Confidence and the harder I train, the better I do in competition

Monday: Back

Tuesday: Chest

Wednesday: rest

Thursday: Arm Wrestling practice. Apx. 1.5 hrs.

Friday: shoulders

Saturday: Tubing/ Tire tube work. Static holds

Sunday. Rest.


* Keep in mind that I work at a Factory where I lift and move heavy steel for most of the day from Monday to Friday. Doing this I incorporate a lot of heavy static holds and heavy lifting.

johnsfresh23 Hey man i jus started taking Gakic like this morning and it really felt heavy on my stomach and even caused me to feel a little dizzy but not to bad, but 1 servin is 8 caps but i work out 2x a day so do u think it would be ok if i jus take 4 for 2 workout and 4 for the next???
