im most comfortable as a runner, but when i moved to my new duty station, i buddied up with my gym partner who is much more of a lifter then i am.
i love seeing these results. i feel like a new person every week!

ending week 7 and looking forward
Posted in Working Out : Sep 15, 2011 9:31amthis week has been stressful, at home being sick and at work.
staying focused was hard, but i feel like im coming around. i havnt been having the cravings for junk food anymore, which is a blessing really. i thought i would take alot longer for those to go away. i look at some of the foods that i used to really like and get mad at how unhealthy they are.
being sick has been a test of will. i dont want to get out of bed after a night of coughing and struggling to breathe, but at 0315 my alarm is going off and i WILL be headed to the gym. i was the first one in twic
