I've always been athletic, but started increasing the intensity of my workouts in May 2007. I was tired of seeing marginal increases and wanted to fully commit just as I do in every other aspect of my life. So I hired a trainer to get me started and teach me the proper technique.
Since then I’ve been reading everything I can get my hands on and am on BodyBuilding.com way too much. My diet has changed drastically as well. I am normally not a hungry person, but have forced myself to put down the calories. That said, I’ve been trying to maintain my leanness.
I now eat, breath and dream about the gym. It’s worth it in the end though as the results have been phenomenal
Why I Love It:
There is nothing better than a great workout and seeing the results in the mirror. It's just like anything in life... put in the time and effort and the results will follow
How I Stay Motivated:
Results, results, results. I am a very impatient person so when I don't see results it makes me work even harder
BB Accomplishments:
Making the initial commitment, sticking with it and giving 100% every time I'm at the gym

Not quite a before shot, but I want to put this to shame in 6 months
Okay, abs. As I’ve said before I have a love/hate relationship with them. They are great to have, but a pain to maintain. Anyway, below is a detailed overview of my diet and training regiment. Hope it’s helpful.
Diet:
* Very little bread – when I do eat bread I try to only have...
Why don't you get certified and PT part-time? See how you like it....then figure out what you wanna do. Plenty of people just do it part-time but keep their day job.
Thanks bro....I'm trying to get my abs where you're at! I'm very happy with my growth so.....doesn't even feel like it's my body lol I looked like a beast today in the gym. Been doing pre-exhaustion supersets and it seems to really kill me. I already wanna go to sleep right now and I worked out 3 hours ago. Did legs/shoulders....ROCKED it!
Thanks bro....I'm still amazed at my arms. I actually just posted a bunch of new ones and a video.
Left corporate cuz just wasn't happy....didn't like the changes that I felt were coming because of huge corporate merger and wasn't happy working anyways. Gonna work on my business ventures and be a PT....figure it's time to be happy when I wakeup and not dread work.
Great routine Man..I actually do the same excer.. myself...And I work my abs 5 days a week..My personal trainer told me once that im over workin the abs,,,
