lean-n-hard Things are going pretty well. Just getting over a nasty cold. When you work in a hospital it's easy to pick up other peoples germs. My work outs are going fine.Still pushing myself to go farther. You look like you are doing just great. You are putting on some great size my brother. Are you competing this summer?
