Where do you get your workout programs?

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
the guys that come in on the cell phones talk for a half an hour do some biceps mabey a lil shoulder press then leave

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
seek out help from all areas take advice with a grain of salt

and enjoy the gym your not going to want to come back if it isn't fun for you

i just had the best workout of my life and i have no idea where it came from, i guess the proper eating and sleeping finally payed off i shruged 405 6 times, front squated 275 12 times, bent over rows 225 for 8 reps and just destroyed my biceps this is why i love the gym ive been missing...

Wohh man that sucks! Well stay strong. I am documenting all of my eating in my bodyblog. I am doing this every day. Feel free to follow along. I also recommend buying the eating for life book. It has a lot of great recipes. I will include some recipes in my blogs. Take care of yourself!

loosing weight isn't a race my man. im not trying 2 cut down too much in pounds as i am trying to transform my body. Like i lost only 2.6lbs this past week but went from a 44 jean to a 42 jean and pushing some 40's...

Hey brotha hope all is well, you are going to wanna take out the no xplode or any other pre workout drink you are taking. white flood is a caffeinated product and will help you through an intense workout
