Overall Goal:  so i was rly into working out summer of 2008, school started again and i didnt have much time. I've lost weight not working out, which is what I wanted, but now i want to tone out. I hope I can find the energy & motivation to do so.

I started this site when I use to workout alot. School then started again & stopped because I never had time. I think it's about that time I get back into it and slowly I am.

things have been going pretty good. Thanks for asking. I start my first cutting cycle on the 4th of may and I am really excited for that. my muscles have grown a lot. I'm just overall really excited. How are things going for you?
