How I Started:
I started working out in high school after my sister's death and my coach pushed me to see through the tough times and introduced me into weightlifting. After high school, I just kinda fade away and didn't do much. Then I got tired of seeing my dreams fade away so I finally got my head together, went back to school and now getting myself and my body back into shape.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because I feel it's my time to focus on myself, my goals, to regain that inner-self.
How I Stay Motivated:
Support from my family and friends help to encourage me to continue to set new goals.

I needed to do a little "cleaning house" before I could move forward in my life. I got rid of bad people and negative thoughts and start focusing on taking care of myself.

Ugh...I recently had injuried my knee which set me back some and trouble in my family life.  Which from time to time is hard to avoid and really upsetting once it creeps into your personal time!  But, I'm looking ahead and trying new workouts to spice up the old routine.  Somehow I was able...
