I started working out in high school after my sister's death and my coach pushed me to see through the tough times and introduced me into weightlifting. After high school, I just kinda fade away and didn't do much. Then I got tired of seeing my dreams fade away so I finally got my head together, went back to school and now getting myself and my body back into shape.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because I feel it's my time to focus on myself, my goals, to regain that inner-self.
How I Stay Motivated:
Old pictures of myself when I was overweight and depressed. It reminds me where I am now and how far I have come.
BB Accomplishments:
Placed 3rd at Show-me-Naturals, my first competition.
