Today is my first day back from a week's layoff. It is amazing how hard you hit the wall at times, but the mucles feel completely rested and repaired again, so it is time to get back at it. Upper body and abs today in split sets with light aerobic.
I am just starting a new workout routine. I recently took a new job and had to stop lifting for quite some time. In this time I have gained about 15 pounds and became significantly out of shape. It is my goal to establish a new routine that I can implement into my busy schedule.

Right on man sounds like you have been doing well. That's what it's all about my brotha. Ya I have been hitting it like crazy myself trying to stay focused. Sometimes you lose focus of the goal and get side tracked, but I am back taking care of business. Holla
still haven't picked a date, just been training like i have one :) just a friendly competition with a girlfriend of mine, see who has the better body in 4 more weeks lol it keeps us both motivated
Everything is good here. had a cold, getting over it now. Had a great workout yesterday on chest and bi's. have a good week and talk to you soon. Oh, how is your daughter?
that sounds great, but i dont take supplements. i will let you know how the diet goes though. And good luck to you.......this week will be mine, mine, mine ;)
Hey there! Yes, big trainer in town now. I am enjoying it more than I thought. I'm 8 weeks out from contest... loving the training... loathing the diet... but enjoying seeing the muscles come in everyday. It's fascinating! How are you?
