How I Started:
I was wearing the biggest size available at Le Chateau and it really pissed me off.
Why I Love It:
Training makes me feel phenomenal. It makes me feel healthy, vibrant, and sexy. Hard to sum it all up in a little paragraph really.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that the taste of pizza isn't going to change. The transformation stories on this site. Coming to the realization that noone else is responsible for the way I look except for me.
I want to compete in the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario Championships in November of 2007.
Goal (Long):
When I was in high school I weighed ~200lbs, and was a size 18 a majority of the time. This was partiailly due to a hormone imbalance (pituitary issues), and partially due to my eating habits. I played sports throughout this entire time but it wasn't enough to counter the amount of calories I was eating. I started a medication for my pituitary issue, and 6 months later I had dropped the initial 40lbs. That's when I decided I needed a gym membership. I started at my first gym then, and have had various experiences throughout the past few years with my weight/goals/trainers/etc.
Finding this forum has been an excellent discovery for me. It is my hope that I will track my progress over the course of the next year (if not more), and finally be in the best shape of my life.
From a numbers standpoint, ~135-140lbs and 14%BF is what I am aiming for, but I'm not banking solely on the numbers. Over the past few years I have relied heavily on photos and the fit of certain things to help me through the rough days, so I will also be posting my fair share of progress pics.
My motto? Shut up and train. ;)
I pulled this workout from the BodyBuilding.com database. I have worked with various splits over the past little while, however going into a 12 week session I'm going to try this out and see how it goes. I was originally doing circuits, then I went to a 3 day split which was decent, and now want...
Hows everything? i looked at your workout. 4-day split looks good. alot to do in one workout, you just gotta keep your eye on the prize. gl you can do it.
Your back looks great and what you have done as far as getting your weight down is excellent. Keep up the hard work and I look forward to watching your progress. I wish you much success and happiness.
Hi there!!! Long time no visit - my bad!!
How's it going? Are you going to the comp on Saturday (I can't make it) --- should be very motivational for you--- lookin' good there!!
well again... your pics are out of this world. the last one, where you're topless, shows remarkable definition from previous ones. demarcations between Tris/Bis and posterior/medial deltoids are evident. traps are looking great. go light, many reps .. you don't wanna look like the hulk.. LOL.. ur hot, keep it up..Decadude (Frank)
