The challenge of making changes to your body is something that really motivates me. Very few people have the dedication to combine diet, training, and rest properly and that is something I take pride in. I also love the occassional comments I get about the work I've done.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont know, I guess I just think about how unhappy I am when I am not in good shape. Thats enough for me.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining a good bit of size and definition since I began.

**** dude that's an ideal physique for someone not interested in bodybuilding competition like myself. Do you keep a workout/diet journal on the forums at all?
Awesome Physique! I'd like to see some stats, though. What is your current weight? What kind of gains did you see when you started (Like how fast, pounds/week or month)? While you are bulking up, did you ever have any problems with fat buildup as well? Again, looking geat! You are a great inspiration for me to hit it hard.
