How I Started:
started on and off, when i was 17 pickin up heavy stuff for my uncle doin some labour work, noticed I was getting big off it so i startd to do small dumbells constantly but only got to a certain point. then i started to lay off trainin for abit due 2 som issues wen bak an started gymin an started eatin on a regs an takin ma protien an i started seein some changes an im at the stage wer i wanna get to 13 stone of lean muscle.

Main Goal:
Gain Muscle

get more cut, more stronga and put on a few more pounds.
Goal (Long):
basically want to get 2 180-190 pounds of lean muscle, Im doing this not 2 show off my great physique, but for the future to protect my family and to set an example that being determined will get you 2 alot and help you transform yourself no matta wat. I know naturally it will take time for me to reach this goal as I have a fast metabolism, and recently im not taking in the rite calories to help me gain weight to put on muscle, im finding it hard. Hopefully I can slower my metabolism down and gain more as the plateau im in rite now is really getting on my nerves only being 154 pounds isnt very big, I sitll feel scrawny and hopefully in time I will break through this line and start to put on more muscle tissue.

Thanks alot my brother. Hope all is going well. What are your goals or what are you looking to get out of bodybuilding? I mean do you want to huge, beasty huge, lean but max built or just to be nicely ripped and look great? Hang in there and keep up the good work and stick with it. Hollar if you need help or pointers.
