How I Started:
I originally started working out in Highschool for Football. After Highschool I dragged my ass in the gym a few days a week until 1997 when I tried Bodybuilding. I trained this way until 2001. Since then I have been training for Football, doing Olympic lifting and powerlifting.

Having a teammate train with me allows me to continue being motivated. It also helps when my age is against me, considering the other teammates at my position are 5-10 yrs younger.

I need to continue training for Football, even thou I might retire due to an injury. I was called back into duty last season after a brief stint with retirement and refound the passion for the game.
I am going to continue doing some Olympic lifts and hi intensisty cardio. If my injury shows significant recovery from the next 3 months of training I'll look at playing that "1" more season.
Well here I am almost a month after declairing myself inelidgable to play ball anymore and I am now playing again. I was pressed into duty last weekend. Now due to some serious injuries I have been asked to play OG. A huge step from playing MLB. Anyways I am sure I'll do fine except...
3 1/2 months until the season starts for me and my Ankle injury is now tolerable. Dr. cleared me just before Christmas, so as of Monday 14th i have started training for the upcoming season. 3 days/week.(Family obligations)
