My Workout Program

I am starting my second relationship with MAX OT training endorsed by Jeff Willet and Skip La Cour and the team at AST. Maximum Overload Training is a one body part a day, 5 days a week program that specifies high weight for 4-6 reps and only 7-9 exercises per body part. This results in hyper-focused and intense workouts that can be completed in shorter amounts of time. I was always a hard gainer with more traditional 10-12 rep, full body workout routines and wanted something more. I found the AST MAX OT program and my gains are tremendous (almost unbelievable). I also incorporate MAX OT Cardio which can be read about at the AST Sports Science website.
