I was always active playing football and running track in High school, but feel off after. I have recently moved from an outdoor active job to working at a desk and do not like that I have accrued a few pounds. SO, I am newly working out again and my motivation is high...
Why I Love It:
It gives me energy throughout the day and I have always tried to be as healthy as possible. I also enjoy the challenge and am very competitive. The difference with this sport is that you are against yourself in the gym way more than you are anyone else. Furthermore, I have Longly aspired to have the Ultimate body.
How I Stay Motivated:
My GF, someday wifey, is a great inspiration. I also get inspiration from my son and just knowing that the more I do now the more time and "better" time I have later on. ALSO, I have sai before I enjoy the challenge...
BB Accomplishments:
NONE to date... For myself however. I went from being 210 Lbs. and fat... To 175 and Healthy... NEXT STOP, 195 and MUSCULAR...
YOU ARE THE BEST!...YOU DID SUCH A GREAT JOB LAST NIGHT, AND I KNOW ITS ROUGH SO LATE AT NIGHT..NOT OUR USUAL PLAN...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CONTRIBUTING TO MY DRIVE AND DETERMINATION...
