How I Started:
It was time to change my body. I had tried and tried again to lose the weight after my fourth child. I was good at losing the first 20 pds but then it stopped. and i was not happy with the outcome there were still a lot of fat left over the tone what so ever. so i decided to step my game up by joining a gym and partner up with my cuz. and I've been on the path to excellence ever sense.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the energy I fill before during and after my workout. I love to see the changes my body is making for the better of my mental and physical health.The atmosphere in the gym is ultimately spell binding. Gotta Love It!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching my cuz get through his sets with so much power I want to display that same power. Becoming a BB member checking out other members. Looking in the mirror.

Thanks for the support CCCARR!!! I've been nibbling on jerky which is not as filling but takes the edge off. I've also added am interval training which generally tames my appetite.
Hey hey!!! Thank you so much! I'm actually getting ready to start a new diet/workout thats gonna burn fat like crazy! Hi! I do and dont intend on eating roughly the same thing. I have done it for my own simplicity, as to not initially get too confused which tends to happen with me and my diet plans! main thing Ive realized is I need to just watch my macro-nutrients, so I can mix it up but need to eat low carbs at around 30-50g boderline ketosis, high protein a gram per lb. of my body weight and the rest in good fats and omegas to compensate the low carb, Just within 4 days Ive lost 2.2lb so so far so good!;-)
