How I Started:
I got started when I was about 13 or 14, with a 110lb weight set, I would lift everyday after school. Then when I turned 16 I joined a local Powerhouse gym, where I went for five years, until they closed.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good when I see the changes in the way I look.

I have went from 215lbs to 197lbs and lost three inches. Also my arms and shoulders grew about two inches.

I do full body workouts 2 or 3 times a week, using compound movements, like chest and shoulder press,squats,deadlifts,pulldowns and then bicep,tricep,and ab work.
