hollydavis5 I'm so sorry I haven't gotten back to you until now! I was so sick after a bad sun burn so I'm just now feeling better and just looked at my e-mails. I was doing so well and now I feel like I have to start over. o'well....I plan to get back to the gym tmrw. That's great about your weight loss!! hollydavis5 Sorry to hear about your back!! I'm always afraid to use those yoga balls, never sure if I'm doing it right..LOL! I actually started this because I entered the 100k challange. I have a feeling that some crazy jacked up person is gonna win, but either way I gonna feel like a winner in the end! Maybe we could encourage each other. hollydavis5 Hi Christine..Ya I'm loving the program. I didn't do too well with my dieting the first 2 weeks...but have now committed to it fully. I'm on week 3, man my legs are so sore!!! LOL! I don't know how to work this site yet so when I figure out how to add you as a friend I will. I'm sure I'll get it. Anyway, good luck and I'd love to know your progress. Talk soon. HanukkahLover Hope you can workout as well. I am also not using whey protein but instead using Raw Protein by Garden of Life. It's vegan and plant based. I'm also cheating by lifting more reps. It's just that these first few weeks are bit too easy for me. Jan 28, 2013 9:50pm
