A bit of everything!!!
Can't complain about my diet as my missus is a health nut, so no burger n chips in this house lol
So busy it's hard to make time for breakfast, gettin kids sorted for school, Coffee but always my Milkshake from Myprotein total breakfast 30g of Protein with a little LA Muscle weight gainer, a small shot ot Creatine and water with a dose of CreaPump 30mins before workout for an hour or so, then Milk Protein Shake, Lunchtime scrambled egg on wholegrain bread then the usual long winded French lunch consisting of salads, cheeses raw meats with plenty of mineral water (no wine!) Try to do a Protein shake mid afternoon, Big dinner consisting of either poultry of res meat, (Horse meat is really good for u, but not to everyones liking and its cheaper than Beef!!!) a little creatine again and thats it. Only prob is I can't sleep for love nor money, always up between 3-5am, damn!!!
