well i dont really have any side affects with it....ive always had acne to some degree and i really havent noticed any increase in that....and no problems anywhere else.....well my diet is pretty big....200-300 grams of protein and about 250-400 grams of carbs....

well im about 3/4 ths of the way done with the 2 bottles....an currently i have gained 8 lbs on it....its sweet as hell in my opinion
