How I Started:
I have always been a huge fan of the gym and working out, but I have always been up and down with my weight. I am tired of my weight being so up and down I want it to be down for good.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results and how far I can push myself. It is amazing what the body can do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well so far my tactics haven't worked but I am consistently trying new things. I try to keep myself motivated by reading the transformations on BodyBuilding.com
I have a mix of where I get my workout programs. I have attended 2 Phat Camps with Jen Hendershott, so I use a lot of her advice. I used to have a personal trainer so I also try to follow some of the exercises she gives me. Mostly what works best for me is Upper Body on Monday and Friday and Legs on Wednesday. Once I start to get stronger I will mix it up a bit and concentrate on one muscle group at a time. I have a mix of where I get my workout programs. Today was a pretty frustrating day... I got on the scale today and I'm up 2.4 pounds. It is so frustrating! But I busted out a great leg workout this morning and plan on doing a great cardio session this afternoon. I need to just keep at it and everything will line up :)
