A friend of mine introduced me to the gym a few years ago and i fell in love. With my crazy schedule i wasnt able to stay comitted. I was told to "Build a schedule around the gym, then you wont have an excuse". Ive done just that and i am very pleased i made the necessarry changes to live a better, stronger, healthier lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love being different. I get a better over all feeling and outlook on life. The gym is a great environment, you can meet alot of people with lasting friendship. I see my body as a ever changing, flexible and unique tool that i can shape/build in order to exceed everyday expectaitons. I love to help people and being stronger and healtier makes me more useful. Its just nice to say i go to the gym, its like a pat on the back to know im taking that extra step to better myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mirror. Seeing someone in better shape. Seeing/talking to friends at the gym. I like the negativity from people, its motivation. I just keep the future in mind, knowing i will get there someday. When that day comes i think i will hear what i want.

I was approx. 170 lbs. I lost all definition after high school. I wasnt happy with my body but wasnt able to stay committed to the gym or eating clean.
Lose the fat, gain muscle mass and definition. Stay commited.
Goal (Long):
I want to be somebody that others look up to. I want a healthy, strong, defined body. I will be attending NPTI to become a certified personal fitness trainer in order to obtain the knowledge and experience needed to help myself and others alike.
ohhhh ya I've been to the US! MANY a times... I live about hours from Detroit. And I have been to FLA a trillion times (what are you going to school there for??) and I lived in South Carolina last summer. And also done up Washington, NY and Boston, etcetcetc.... ALL over!! Unfortunately, I don't have MySpace.... sorry bud!!
Canada is wicked awesome :) you should TOTALLY come sometime. but I suggest anytime after April.... too freakin' cold and yuck in the winter.... unless you have a snowmobile and then rockin' times... but I had to sell mine :( so now I LOATHE winter.
nice nice!! looks like you have nicely up'd the lean mass over the year.... it takes SO LONG to build, but lookin like you are showing the muscles who's boss!!! and definitely losing lots at the middle... looking great!! keep at it, boy!
