When I Started:
Nov, 2006
How I Started:
A series of computer desk jobs and complete physical inactivity caused me to start gaining weight and generally become unfit. Poor/inconsistent diet didn't help. A friend helped me get started and I've been into fitness ever since.
Why I Love It:

I need to pick up the protein again and add more green veggies back to my rotation. I'm hoping that will help. just need to get myself back to 6 meals a day so I don't find myself binge eating later. Thanks!
Hey - yeah that was her name, it was the Brady Bunch chick. Ha ha ha.. I'm getting some of the VPX Redline liquid to take for work outs, along with the other 2, CLA and L-Carnitine to release the fat. I'm hopeing it all works out. You look like you've come a long way already!
