Having been BB seriously (ish) for 4 monthes and incoperating a good 6 meal a day 40/40/20 for the last month or so, I Have suddenly come to a screeching stop in training and my diet out of control, i have just broken a meta-carpel (bone in my hand) and im out for 6-8 weeks !!! ...
