Thanks Scott, no comparison to you but dang I'm trying:). Julie and I are in the midst of a clean building season getting the calories back up slowly and filling out/feeling great. I'll bet you are doing the same... 2010 is going to be another eventful year for you:)... Have a great Xmas!

Spent the week working, but we ALWAYS eat good:).... We will stop at nothing to continue to make progress... Even through our 90's! I'll be the guy with the diaper posing trunks:). Hope your holiday was a good one..... I would bet you are on the turkey's most feared list!:)
